1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is provided

- Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
- Items marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable
- Gift cards or promotional/free items
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos or videos of the product, outer box, and invoice
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.
